This Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the submission of information, images, logos, and other materials (“Submitted Content”) to Coffee Experts Global Club (“Website”), operated by Montana Hills Group registered in Italy.

By submitting any content to the Website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility to submit content

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• you are the owner of the coffee shop, barista profile, or organization, or
• you are duly authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• you have full legal rights to submit all materials provided

2. Rights you grant us

By submitting content, you grant Coffee Experts Global Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute your Submitted Content for the purposes of:

• listing your coffee shop, barista profile, or organization
• displaying your information on the Website
• promotional features, including recommended or featured sections
• marketing and communication related to the Website

This license remains valid for as long as the content is displayed on the Website, unless removed by us at our discretion.

3. Consent for visual materials

You explicitly agree that:

• logos, images, and photographs may be published on the Website
• such materials may be resized, reformatted, or optimized for display
• visual content may be used in promotional or editorial contexts on the Website

4. No guarantee of publication

Submission of content does not guarantee that:

• your listing will be published
• your listing will be included in any specific category
• your listing will be featured or recommended
• your content will remain permanently visible

The Website reserves full editorial discretion over publication and placement.

5. Editorial rights

The Website may:

• edit submitted content for clarity, formatting, or consistency
• remove or update content at any time
• decide the placement and categorization of listings
• include or exclude any submission without explanation

6. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is:

• accurate
• up to date
• not misleading
• legally compliant

The Website is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of submitted content.

7. Intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of your original content.

However, by submitting content, you confirm that:

• it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• you have the right to grant the license described in this Agreement

8. Use in promotional and editorial features

Submitted content may be used in:

• Recommended Coffee Shop sections
• Featured or random listings
• promotional tiers (Basic, Premium, Gold, Platinum)
• barista membership listings
• partner showcases

Placement does not imply certification, quality guarantee, or official endorsement.

9. Removal of content

You may request removal of your listing by contacting: info@coffeeglobalclub.com

We will make reasonable efforts to remove content, but:

• some archival or backup copies may remain for technical reasons
• previously published promotional materials may remain in historical context

10. Prohibited submissions

You agree not to submit content that:

• is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• infringes intellectual property rights
• contains illegal or harmful material
• impersonates another person or business
• violates applicable laws or regulations

11. Liability

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

The Website is not liable for:

• errors in submitted information
• disputes arising from publication of submitted content
• misuse of content provided by you

12. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Submission Agreement from time to time.

Continued submission of content after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

Annex A — Promotion Terms Addendum

Coffee Experts Global Club

This Promotion Terms Addendum forms part of the Submission Agreement and applies to all paid promotional services offered by Coffee Experts Global Club.

A1. Promotional Services

The Website may offer promotional visibility plans for coffee shops and baristas, including but not limited to:

• Basic Listing
• Premium Listing
• Gold Listing
• Platinum Listing
• Professional Member (baristas)
• Honorary Member (baristas)

Promotional plans may include enhanced visibility, profile highlighting, or placement in selected sections of the Website.

A2. No Guarantee of Ranking or Performance

Participation in any promotional plan does not guarantee:

• placement in Recommended Coffee Shop sections
• top ranking or priority positioning
• permanent visibility
• specific visitor traffic, engagement, or business results

All placements remain subject to editorial structure, design, and display systems of the Website.

A3. Editorial Control

The Website retains full discretion over:

• layout and presentation of listings
• inclusion in featured or randomized sections
• rotation of visibility placements
• categorization and tagging of listings

Promotional status may increase visibility but does not override editorial control.

A4. Fees and Payment

All promotional fees are:

• payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
• non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• subject to the pricing terms presented at the time of purchase

Payments may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

A5. Duration and Renewal

Promotional placements are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.

The Website reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust promotional offerings with reasonable notice.

A6. Misuse of Promotional Status

Promotional status must not be misrepresented as:

• certification
• official ranking
• regulatory approval
• independent quality verification

A7. Relationship to Submission Agreement

This Addendum supplements the Submission Agreement. In case of conflict, the Submission Agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
